All items will be charged a Restock Fee for freight including but not limited to incorrect size orders.

We accept credit cards from VISA, Mastercard, and American Express.
We accept PayPal and Afterpay.

No you can’t unless you have been in contact with us to make an alternate arrangement. All orders are shipped from our external warehouse. 

Your order will be shipped from our warehouse. Please do not visit Pullins Ski Shop in Mansfield to pick up your order unless you have been in contact with us to make another arrangement.

You will be provided with a shipping confirmation email once your order has been processed. Your tracking number will be included on this email.

All items sold are covered under Australian Consumer law. If you think your item may be faulty please get in touch with us to talk through your options.
